Berlin-Tempelhof-Schöneberg – By publishing a picture, the Berlin police are asking for help in the search for Thomas Zbigniew Steiner.
The 35-year-old left his apartment on Ringstrasse in Mariendorf on Thursday, February 16, 2017 without personal papers, money or a cell phone. He doesn't have a change of clothes with him either. Mr. Steiner is 193 cm tall and slim. He weighs around 75 kg, is athletic and has green eyes. He wears his brown hair tied in a braid. He is mentally ill and has a very friendly nature.
The criminal police ask:

- Who can provide information about their current whereabouts?
