Conditions of participation for the competition from November 28th, 2018 to November 29th, 2018

1. Facebook users who are fans of the page “ZDDK” ( https://www.facebook.com/zddk.eu ) and / or the page “mimikama” ( https://www. facebook.com/mimikama.org/ ) and have reached the age of 18. Employees, authorized representatives, legal successors and representatives of “mimikama” and their relatives are not eligible to participate.

2. Participation in this competition takes place via the Facebook pages: https://www.facebook.com/zddk.eu and https://www.facebook.com/mimikama.org/

3. One entry per Facebook user. No Facebook user can win more than one prize.

4. A total of 3 annual licenses of Kaspersky Total Security and 1 Mimikama coffee cup will be raffled off

5. The competition begins on November 28th, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. and ends on November 29th, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. Legal recourse is excluded.

6. Mimikama Association for the Education of Internet Abuse reserves the right to exclude Facebook users who violate the terms and conditions of participation from the competition.

7. The winner will be announced on our Facebook page and contacted via “Personal Message”. The winner gives his express permission for “mimikama” to announce him as the winner of the raffle on the “ZDDK” Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/zddk.eu and / or the “mimikama” page https:// www.facebook.com/mimikama.org/ and on the website https://www.mimikama.org , stating his first and last name. If a winner does not confirm acceptance of their prize within 7 days, their claim to the prize will expire without replacement. If personal data from participants is collected as part of the competition, these will be collected, processed and used by the organizer exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition and will be deleted after the competition has ended.

8. The prize will be sent by Mimikama within 30 days of receiving the claim from the participant. However, the Promoter assumes no responsibility for any prizes sent after this period. Shipping is of course free of charge.

9. The organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with equivalent prizes if necessary. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.
