The “Test-Express” site allows unvaccinated people to “test” each other, but the certificates are invalid.

We have already reported in detail about the “Test-Express” page (see HERE ): The page offers the opportunity for unvaccinated people who want to avoid the 3G regulations (vaccinated, recovered, tested) of some companies and public events to do so 10 euros and a short test can be appointed as a “specialist” in order to issue a negative test to other unvaccinated people.

“Test-Express” was then heavily promoted in relevant Telegram channels, and the newsletter emphasized that the qualification as a “specialist” and the test results issued were legally flawless. But apparently the operators of the site overlooked something...

Federal Ministry of Health contradicts the claims

At the request of the “ Tagesschau ”, a spokesman for the Federal Ministry of Health confirmed that the certifications and certificates from “Test-Express” do not live up to what was promised on the site. A test result purchased on the site is only valid at the location where the test was supervised.

Certification as a “professional” also does not include the authorization to issue test certificates for relatives and acquaintances, according to the ministry spokesman.

No monitoring, no documentation

According to “Test-Express”, the “experts” under the supervision of a doctor are allowed to monitor the implementation of a rapid corona test on other people on site and document the result. The doctor could then monitor the test performance via the health messenger “Clinigo” and create a test certificate, which is then sent to the person tested via “Test-Express”.

It sounds almost serious, but in practice it looks different:
“Tagesschau” carried out the practical test, and it happened exactly as we already suspected: You get the negative test certificate purely through the information provided by the “expert”, there is no control authority whatsoever.

Investigations against “Test Express”

Lisa Radke, spokeswoman for the Ennepe-Ruhr district where CliniGo is based, told “Tagesschau”:

“The state ministry of labor, health and social affairs, the district government in Arnsberg, the police and the city of Wetter were informed about the operator by the district administration. We do not consider CliniGo GmbH's business model to be approved and are currently examining whether there is unreliable trading under commercial law and whether business prohibition proceedings can be initiated .

The Ennepe-Ruhr district police authority is also said to have already initiated investigations into the initial suspicion of a crime.
