That's why it feels a bit like a game of cat and mouse, because the new version isn't without errors and can easily be exposed as a fake. As with the first wave of these fake emails, the Auer Witte Thiel law firm from Munich is named as the sender. Their address details and German bank details (Commerzbank) can also be found in the email. We cannot assess to what extent this bank connection is genuine. In our opinion, Commerzbank would be forced to check the existence of the bank details and, if necessary, take measures.
Since the content of this email is completely identical to the first wave of YouPorn warnings, we can adopt Auer Witte Thiel's statements to us here, because in yesterday's correspondence regarding authenticity we were told that these emails were fakes!

Fortunately, the work here was sloppy and a completely wrong alternative text was used in the source code. Explanation: The alternative text is text that is displayed if an image should not be displayed (blocked) or is not loaded due to an error. It can therefore be assumed that the same author also handles emails from Amazon in some way. Despite all the technical flaws, one must not forget: This warning fails because of one logical hurdle. There are no costs when using the YouPorn website. Please delete the fake warning! Do not respond and under no circumstances pay the requested amount. Consumer advice centers also recommend filing a complaint: It makes sense to file a complaint at the latest when you have carelessly paid the amount, otherwise you can use your own delete finger to decide whether you would consider filing a complaint.
