Was life insurance actually canceled when it came to a death after a COVID-19 vaccination?

At least that's how an article that can currently be found on the Internet describes it.
According to the article, this life insurance policy is said to have been withdrawn after a “vaccination death” because “voluntary vaccination with an experimental vaccine” is treated like suicide. After all, side effects are known, which means that people with a COVID-19 vaccination act at their own risk. This story is said to have happened in France. A wealthy older entrepreneur had taken out life insurance worth millions on behalf of his children and grandchildren. However, when he died, the insurance did not pay for the reasons mentioned above.

Fact check on death impossible

Unfortunately, there is too much information missing to check this story for its completeness based on facts.
What was the man's name?
Did he actually die? What were the circumstances after his COVID-19 vaccination? Had he actually been vaccinated? What did he die of? When did he die? Where did he die? Which insurance company was it? There is far too much information missing to do a serious fact check on the story of the unknown entrepreneur (was he an entrepreneur?).
Of course, we don't want to suggest to anyone that this information was intentionally omitted.
But it still borders on negligence to publish such a horrendous story when the majority of it cannot be verified. This is referred to in the article itself. Namely, that the case was published on social media by Carlo Alberto Brusa, the family's lawyer. Here too, however, no court documents or sources are mentioned that would enable a check for authenticity. The publication has now disappeared again. According to his office, however, Brusa “is not affected in this case, which we do not know whether it is real.”

Statements from insurance companies

A spokesman for France Assureurs (French Insurance Association) told dpa that he was completely unaware of such a story.
The current legal framework also does not allow life insurance to be refused in the event of death after vaccination. If it is a suicide, the payout of a life insurance policy in the first year of the contract may well be affected.
However, a death following a COVID-19 vaccination is not considered suicide, France Assureurs continued. A spokeswoman for Assuralia , the association of Belgian insurance companies, confirmed that COVID-19 vaccines are not classified as experiments by insurers.

Is a COVID-19 vaccination considered an experiment?

Liberation refutes this statement by explaining that “these are legally approved and therefore legally marketed drugs.
This is not about experimental drugs.” Even though the COVID-19 vaccines were developed in an accelerated process due to the pandemic emergency, they have been approved by the relevant authorities.
They therefore meet the same standards in terms of effectiveness and safety as all other medications. This story about experimental vaccines and non-paying insurance companies is not new; it was pulled out of a hat over a year ago. We reported HERE . Here it was vaccination critics who ensured that the false report was spread. But here too, this was contradicted by the statement that there are no problems with payments or benefits from insurance companies because the COVID-19 vaccines are legally approved.

Conclusion

It is not possible to check the truth of the story because too much information about the supposedly deceased person is missing.
There are no sources to substantiate the claims. In addition, the COVID-19 vaccines have been legally approved and are therefore not “experiments”.
A death following a COVID-19 vaccination also does not count as a “suicide.” Deaths after a COVID-19 vaccination therefore have no influence on life insurance policies not being paid out.
