Social Bots – Have you already had contact with bots?
For sure! The bots appear everywhere: on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram & Twitter. In singles exchanges (Fembots) and at the ticket counter.
The bots will replace the old websites. In the future, companies will be represented by a digital representative: the corporate bot.
It will become increasingly difficult for people to figure out whether they are communicating with a human or a bot. Nevertheless, bots also offer great opportunities. Be vigilant.
