Korbach/Edertal: On Monday afternoon, an Edertal woman was out and about in the town of Affoldern at 3:30 p.m. when her dog sniffed a “dog biscuit” and wanted to eat it.
However, the Edertal resident noticed in time that there was a screw hidden in the “treat” that could have seriously injured the dog.
No further cases have been reported so far, but the police are urging caution and are looking for witnesses.
