To answer your question, no it's not a game or an attack, it was an incident and our security dealt with it right away at that moment. Because as a mall, we would like to celebrate Christmas as well. And it was just kids who didn't know that this was wrong, and we handled it right away.

Plundering is a tradition where Christmas decorations are taken out of the tree on January 13th. So he is “plundered”. The custom itself comes from Sweden. However, it is questionable at this point whether this custom from Sweden is also used in Cairo.
All we can really say is that everyone who shares the video with a note indicating an attack on the tree is planning nothing more than to once again abuse the Christmas season for xenophobic agitation.
