AKZEPTA Inkasso GmbH warns against fraudulent payment requests that do not come from us and have not been authorized by us. Therefore there is no payment to be made!

On April 13, 2016 we received a letter from AKZEPTA INKASSO GMBH & CO. KG Europe-wide debtor collection overwritten letter download Fraud letter dated April 10, 2016 , which is intended to persuade innocent people to pay an allegedly outstanding claim from the German competition headquarters.

The criminal authors of these letters entitled “IMPORTANT – LAST REMINDER” are trying to use our name and with the help of protected logos such as: B. that of the Lawyers' Association, SCHUFA and the Federal Association for Debt Collection and Claims Management eV (BFI&F eV) to give the addressee the impression of an existing debt and demand that the recipients of the letter use the subject line !!!–PASSION THREATS–!!! using a payment slip to pay an amount of money to a bank account in Croatia.

The debt collection-like payment requests are fake and give the impression that they come from us, among other things, although only the address of our Berlin branch at Krausenstr.8 is correctly stated.
In addition, those affected may also be contacted by telephone using our name, deceived and asked to pay.
