Looks official, reads official, acts like it's official. But it is not!
We had already examined two of these business information centers and noticed that this environment is not very straightforward - you always try to put up a facade.
Some masquerade as “ Yellow Pages ”, others disguise themselves as “ urgent stationery ”. And this letter presented to us goes even further: they are so official that you can almost smell the rubber tree coming from the corner. Such a clearly subliminal suggestion of “you have to fill this out, there is sales tax information on it” is quite extreme. This letter is based incredibly heavily on government-sounding terms, so that one or two recipients may well be of the opinion that they have to provide mandatory information here.
Here are the central keywords and combinations that this letter just plays with:

The letter is not finished at this point, but consists of 3 pages. This first page only serves to create a misleading formal character to lure the good recipient into a duty-filled task.
Page 2 – it’s slowly dawning
Page 2 now offers a little more content. This text appears to have a monotonous structure and is difficult to read when presented as a justified flow because all the lines appear identical. There are no differences in the line lengths, all lines are filled out identically ! The paragraph has a , which means you can get lost in the lines while reading.
It is therefore not surprising that the really relevant parts of this cover letter are only in the back half of the text, with the front half of the text consisting of completely irrelevant blah blah legal information that is not relevant to the process, but continues the official character of page 1.
Furthermore, there is already information here that “just” needs to be confirmed.
Page 3 – the terms and conditions
Without a lot of words: everything is here again, under point 3 at the bottom of the page you can find out the cost breakdown of €33.24 per month. The contract is for 2 years, so total costs are €797.76. The contract term results from point 4.
The incidental information that this portal “sample addresses” . It also states that you may not use them without permission - logical, because they don't even exist! So it is mentioned in passing that the portal contains information that is of no value at all.
At this point we will refrain from assessing the seriousness of this business structure.
