Our conclusion
According to the property manager, this villa in Puerto Andratx does not belong to the Klitschkos. It was for sale at the end of 2022.
“Klitsch-Ko Villa on Mallorca! Speeendet, please speeendet Is sold for little money 45 million. The boys are on the mainland now” (sic!) is the comment on Facebook on the photo of an unusual building.
Where the information comes from that this villa belongs to the Klitschko brothers is of course not stated. That would be too easy.
The Villa

The photo is currently circulating again on social media with the claim that the luxury property belongs to the Klitschko brothers. Again, there is no indication of sources that could prove this.
The Sandberg Estates sales video on YouTube is currently no longer available. The website has also been taken offline in the meantime. It is possible that the villa has now found a buyer.
