Scammed by the exterminator
When Nicole noticed a rat in her kitchen this spring, she immediately searched the Internet for an exterminator from her community. She turns to “Exterminator Plus” – one of the first search results she comes across. The exterminators come and supposedly do their work. Nicole should pay on the spot.
Since it apparently doesn't work with the debit card, she has to swipe her credit card again. She later found out from her bank that the 1,700 euros had been debited twice. Luckily, the bank can get the payment back by credit card, but the rest of the money remains missing - even a lawyer can't help her.
Dubious tradesman brokerage on the Internet
It quickly becomes clear who is behind “Kammerjäger Plus”: The name “Thomas Mannstaedt” can be found in the imprint. He is involved in several companies: from emergency locksmith services to electrical services to pipe cleaning companies - and he has often been noticed for his dubious business practices.
Craftsman brokerage: fraud and usury?
In May of this year, Thomas Mannstaedt and one of his employees even had to be taken into custody. The accusation: gang and commercial fraud in 212 cases and some cases of usury.
Mannstaedt has since been released from custody. But although many of his companies are already bankrupt, many of them still exist and even accept orders.
