Abofalle: Jahresabo statt kostenlosem Streaming-Account!

„Ihre 5-Tages-Testphase ist abgelaufen!“ – so zocken dich vermeintliche Streaming-Plattformen ab!

Erst kürzlich fiel eine BAYERN 3-Hörerin auf eine solche Abofalle herein und auch wir berichten regelmäßig von unseriösen Streaming-Plattformen, die mit einem kostenlosen Streaming-Account locken.

Nach ein paar Tagen gibt es dann das böse Erwachen: Der Dienst verlangt 360 Euro für ein Jahresabo.

Die Masche

Bevor man den heiß ersehnten Film streamen oder auch downloaden darf, muss man sich registrieren und einen kostenlosen Account anlegen. Ist dies erledigt, passiert zunächst einmal gar nichts – laut BAYERN 3 erhält der Nutzer nicht einmal eine Bestätigung!

Wenig später erhält man dann doch Nachricht von der Streaming-Plattform: Der kostenlose Account war nur für fünf Tage kostenlos und man müsse nun 29,99 Euro im Monat für ein Jahres-Abo berappen!

Kosten nicht eindeutig ausgewiesen

Fallen Kosten an, muss auch im Internet eindeutig darauf hingewiesen werden – was bei solchen Streaming-Anbietern nicht der Fall ist!

Statt einem eindeutigen „Jetzt kostenpflichtig bestellen“-Button wird der Nutzer mit einem „free account“-Button gelockt.

Gezahlt werden muss also in diesem Fall nicht!
